Great Turkish and Green drink discovered in Turkey the year I lived there. Now we ask for it at Turkish and Greek restaurants and make it at home.-Mike
Serves 6

3 cups (750 ml) plain organic low-fat yogurt
1 quart (945 ml) water
salt to taste
ice cubes
1/2 cup (125 ml) mineral water (optional)
mint leaves for garnish

1. In a blender, blend the yogurt and water until smooth.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Pour into a pitcher over ice cubes (optional)
4. Add mineral water (optional) and stir.
5. Serve in tall glasses with few mint leaves (optional)
