Welcome to the Fernandez Family Kitchen!!!
Mike
Alia
Alia first learned to cook at Florence, Italy's Cooking School in 2002. Although the "spinach gnocchi" lessons came out terrible, she is known for her Italian Lemon Pasta recipe that is served often at our table. With a dairy and slight gluten allergy, Alia loves to make dishes with non-dairy cheeses, almond milk and gluten-free grains. Also a yoga teacher, and founder of Bloom Yoga with Alia, she focuses on smoothies and healthy protein.
Judy
Judy, or mom, is the breakfast connoisseur of the house. She makes the finest Italian and Cuban Cappuccino is steamed foamed milk and all for Sunday breakfast; as well as evening aperitifs. Sunday mornings, she usually prepares fluffy Belgium waffles made with orange juice; served alongside fruit and yogurt.
Tyle
Tyle is the in essences the "original" vegetarian in the family; guiding the rest of us to eat more organically conscious, recycle, compost and be earth conscious of our grocery shopping practices. His new travels have brought new foods from Russia, Germany, and parts of Asia to the table, giving the European cuisine a fresh vegetarian makeover.
