Serves 4 side dishes
1 1/2 cups (120 g) snap peas
2/3 cup (140 g) frozen green peas
2 Tbs. (30 ml) butter (almond butter-dairy free)
1/4 cup (60 ml) Parmesan cheese (or dairy free cheese)
pinch of sugar
1. Bring salted water to a boil. Add a pinch of sugar (It does not make the peas surgery, jut brings outs their sweetness.)
2. Add the peas for 1 minute. Then drain the peas.
3. Reduce the heat and melt the butter in the same pan, about 3-4 minutes, until brown.
4. Add the peas and 1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) sea salt.
5. Coat the peas with the Parmesan.
