2 cups (480 g) uncooked tortellini
1 Tbs. (15 ml) thinly sliced red onion
2 Tbs. (30 ml) pesto*
1 cup (240 ml) cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Tbs. + 1/4 cup (90 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) mozzarella balls cut in half
1 quart (1 liter) jar
A. Cook tortellini, drain, transfer to a bowl.

terzo 3rd. onions (cipolle)
quarto 4th. tomatoes (pomodori)
quinto 5th. mozzarella (mozzarella)
sesto 6th. tortellini (tortellini)
C. Mix all together:
1. Add all the ingredients with the bowl of tortellini.
2. Fill the jar.
