Guacamole dip is fine, but by adding tahini, your company will taste something great!
Serves 6

1 organic avocado, cubed
1 can organic chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
3 Tbs. (45 ml) tahini paste
2 tsp. (10 ml) liquid aminos

1. Mash the chickpeas/garbanzo beans with a fork.
2. Mash in the the avocado.
3. Stir in the tahini and liquid aminos.
4. Serve with toasted (gluten-free) bread or rice crackers.
5. Add squeeze of lemon after refrigerating.
