Makes 1 1/4 cups (250 ml)

1 cup (240 ml) (dairy-free) mayonnaise or organic yogurt
1 1/2 Tbs. (20 ml) chopped dill pickles
1 1/2 Tbs. (22 g) capers, drained
1 Tbs. (15 g) chopped shallots
1 tsp. (5 ml) grated organic lemon zest
1 tsp. (4,5 g) chopped fresh dill or dry dill
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lemon juice
1. Stir all the ingredients together.
2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
