Have slices of pita chips ready for this tasty appetizer dip.
Makes 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)

2 organic avocados
1/4 cup (60 ml) yogurt cheese: https://veggiefernandezs.blogspot.com/2019/02/yogurt-cheese.html
1 diced organic tomato
1 chopped fine organic onion
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lemon juice
1 Tbs. (15 g) sumac* for garnish

1. Scoop the flesh of the avocados and mash in a bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sumac. Mix well.
3. Serve with the mixture in the avocado sheets, garnish with sprinkling of the sumac.
4. Serve with pita chips.
5. Optional: topped off with a few slices of organic strawberries.
