Peanut dressing over Asian noodles, roasted vegetables, green salads or slaws or in a stir-fry, you will find many ways to enhance a dish.

1. 1/3 cup (85 g) creamy organic peanut butter
minced organic garlic clove
2 Tbs. (30 ml) rice wine vinegar
juice of 2 organic limes
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: hot water and soy sauce or gluten-free liquid aminos
2 tsp. (5 g) grated ginger
2 tsp. (10 ml) organic honey
optional: for a spicy dressing, 2 tsp. (10 ml) Sriracha or sambal oelek (chili paste) and more garlic

1. Whisk all the ingredients except the water.
2. Add hot water and whisk until dressing is smooth.
That is all to it!
