Φέτα και σάλτσα κόκκινου πιπεριού (Greek)
/féta kai sáltsa kakkinou piperioú/
1 1/2 cups (195 g) (dairy-fee) feta cheese
3/4 cups (160 ml) (dairy-free) organic yogurt
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 tsp. (5 g) grated organic lemon zest
2 tsp. (10 g) organic honey
1 Tbs. (15 g) each chopped: (roasted) organic red peppers and parsley
black pepper to taste
- ένα /éna/ 1. Process in a blender: feta, yogurt, 3 Tbs. (45 ml) oil and half the lemon zest, about 30-45 seconds.
- δύο /dío/ 2. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with the honey and rest of the oil.
- τρία (tría) 3. Make a well and sprinkle with parsley, pepper and rest of the lemon zest.
- τέσσερα /tésera/ 4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
