Ham is served for many holiday dinners. Prepare it in a slow cooker and enjoy the extra time with guest and family.
Serve 15

1 cup (130 g) organic honey
1/3 cup (45 g) organic brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (60 ml) each: (dairy-free) organic butter and Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. (12 g)  each: chopped thyme and mustard
10 pound (4550 g) organic sliced ham

1. Mix all the ingredients, except the ham.
2. Remove about 1/3 of the glaze to a small bowl, set aside.
3. Brush the rest of the glaze onto the ham and in between the slices.
4. Place the ham, face side down, in a slow cooker.
5. Cook 2-3 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low.
 (a) reach a temperature of 140F (60C)
6. Turn on the oven to boil.
7. Remove the ham and place in a baking dish.
8. Brush the reserved glaze over the ham.
9. Boil 3-4 minutes.
 (a) Do not let the ham burn.
10. Remove and serve.
11. Freeze up to 3 months.
