2 green tea bag
10 large fresh mint leaves
2 cup water
1 sprig of mint per glass to be served
1/Bring water to a boil.
2/Take mint leaves, wash, and tear into smaller pieces.
3/Place mint into a loose leaf tea strainer, and put in the pot.
4/Let steep for 5 mins.
6/Add green tea bag to pot.

Note: The key here is to have fresh mint leaves. We grow ours in the garden. If you are making this for one, just use one tea bag, and four mint leaves. Put in a mug along with loose leaf tea strainer.
Serves 2- 4 people
