1 organic potato*
1 Tbps./15 ml olive oil
1/2 Tbps./7 ml soy sauce (to taste)

In a frying pan, brown cubed organic potatoes in olive oil. Add some soy sauce, mix, and cover. Cook on medium, turn a few times so they don't stick, until done. 

Note: *non-organic potatoes have 37 different pesticides
