1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise or organic plain yogurt
1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
1 tsp. (5ml) mixed herbs
1/4 tsp. (1,25 ml) salt
1/8 tsp. (0,5 ml) curry
1 Tbs. (15 ml) dried parsley or cilantro
1 Tbs. (15 ml ) grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. (7,5 ml) drained capers
Combined all the ingredients. Place in a bowl and serve with chips or sliced vegetables.
