So you bought more bunches of herbs or grown way more that you can use. Freeze them for those long winter nights and no fresh affordable herbs in the store. 

1 1/2 cups/375 ml of fresh herbs (your choice) to
1/2 cup/2 ml of olive oil
  • Combine herbs and oil. 
  • Place separate herbs or combination of herbs in ice trays. 
  • Be sure to label the trays if you are freezing a lot of different herbs.
  • Freeze the ice cubes. 
  • Add a cube or more to hot pasta sauces, soups, or any dish to bring back those summer days with fresh herbal taste!
