Petits Pois aux Herbes (French)
A. Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes
1 lb./450 g peas
B. Drain the peas. Place the pot of peas back on the stove
C. Add to the peas 1 1/2 Tbs./17 g butter and heat on low until the butter melts.
D. Add 1/4 cup/60 g of fresh chopped chervil or parsley. Toss. (Try other herbs for example, mint.)
E. Serve in a bowl.
