Petits Pois aux Herbes (French)

Some people like peas, others do not. Try this if you are one who would rather have another vegetable. Plus it sounds so much better in French.

A. Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes
1 lb./450 g peas

B. Drain the peas. Place the pot of peas back on the stove

C. Add to the peas 1 1/2 Tbs./17 g butter and heat on low until the butter melts.

D. Add 1/4 cup/60 g of fresh chopped chervil or parsley. Toss. (Try other herbs for example, mint.)

E. Serve in a bowl.
