Паштет из Вритзи

Refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving
Makes 2 cups
From southern Russia, this is spread on pita bread or on slices of French bread that have been sautéed in olive oil.
1/2 lb (225 g) feta cheese
1 large minced clove of garlic
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
3 Tbs. (40 ml) chopped dill (=3 tsp./15 ml dried)
2 Tbs. (25 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt
ground black pepper to taste
black olives for garnish
1. Mince feta cheese in a food processor.
2. Place the feta cheese in a bowl and stir in: garlic, chopped egg, dill, and sour cream/yogurt.
3. Season with pepper, cover, and refrigerate.
4. Garnish with olives.
