Toss into any salad
1/3 cups (80 ml)
1/2 ripe avocado
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 cup (125 ml) buttermilk, yogurt, or almond milk
optional 1 chopped anchovy

Add ingredients to 1/4 cup (60 ml) water in a blender and purée until smooth. Season with black pepper to taste.

If is it too thick, add tablespoon (15 ml) of water.
