Toss into a Green Salad

Mix lightly in a blender:
1/4 cup (60 ml) each: lemon juice and red wine vingar
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. (5 ml) organic sugar
3/4 tsp. (3,75 ml) each: paprika and dried oregano
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) each: onion powder, mustard, and dried thyme
Drizzle in:
3/4 cup (3,75 ml) 3/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
