Smoothies are a good way to use frozen berries during the winter.
Serves 2-3
2 cups (400 g) fresh or frozen organic blueberries
1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) pineapple juice
1 ripe organic banana
optionals:
1 Tbs (15 ml) honey
1 Tbs (15 ml) teff (for gluten free protein)
