Our time living in Japan and now at a great Japanese market/store/restaurant far from the house, we still want the taste of sesame dressing on our Japanese dinner salads. We could buy the dressing, but it is easy to make
胡麻サラダドレッシング 
/goma saradadoresshingu/ (Japanese)
2 serving

2-3 Tbs. (30-45 ml) rice vinegar
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic soy sauce or (liquid amino-gluten free)
2 tsp. (10 g) sugar
1 tsp. (5 ml) each; sesame oil and sesame seeds

一 ichi. Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.

二 ni. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil. Stir together
