We were out of pineapple juice (later found some in the freezer), so I used orange juice, and it was very tasty!-Mike
Makes about 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)A. 1 cup (240 g) boiling water
B. add ... then stir:
1/4 tsp (1,25 ml) sea salt
3/4 cups (180 ml) or less organic sugar
1 Tbs (15 ml) organic apple cider vinegear
1/8 cup (30 ml) or more organic orange juice
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) soy sauce
(or substitute with: soy, gluten, and dairy free coconut aminos-little sweeter; Bragg's Liquid Aminos; fish sauce; tamari)
option: 1 Tbs. (15 ml) orange marmalade
C. In a small bowl, stir 2 Tbs. (30 ml) of cornstarch in a 1/4 cup (60 ml) of water.
D. Add to the mixture, stir until it thickens.
E. Use the sauce to a favorite Asian dish!
