Makes 2 1/2 cups (625 ml)

1 lb. (450g) pre-cooked edamame 枝豆
1 Tbs. (15 ml) chopped garlic
5 Tbs. (75 ml) olive oil
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lime juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) organic sugar
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) black pepper

Mix in a blander. Sever with vegetables and/or crackers.

edamame: immature soybean found in China, Japan, Korea, and Hawai'i

nutrient: carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and micronutrients of folic acid, manganese, and vitamin K.
