Always check the label for gluten free or non-gluten free organic miso.
味噌サラダドレッシング (Japanese)
/miso saradadoresshingu/

 ēchē

1 small garlic
1 Tbs. each: olive oil, organic orange juice, miso (alternative gluten free tamari)
2 tsp. (10 mil) rice vinegar
black pepper to taste

ēchē 1. Mix and server on a salad.


 nē

1 Tbs. (15 ml) each: apple cider vinegar and brown rice miso
2 Tbs. (30 ml) apple juice or mirin
1/2 Tbs. (7,5 ml) each: olive oil and toasted sesame oil

1. Whisk with a folk miso and apple juice.
nē 2. Add oils and vinegar and whisk until blended.
