Anything with garlic must be good and healthy as well! Garlic is full of powerful natural antibiotic, reduce blood pressure, improves circulation. Yogurt may reduce high blood pressure, also.
Makes 1/2 cup (120 ml)

1/2 cup (120 ml) organic plain yogurt (or almond diary-free)
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: olive oil and organic lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) honey
1 chopped or minced garlic glove

1. Blend and chill.

2. Serve over vegetables, meats or fish, on salads and soups, etc.


Grow your own garlic in the spring, 4-inch (11cm) apart and 2-inch (6cm) deep. Harvest the green tops (scapes) for chives in cooking and on foods before digging up the garlic.
