A quick snack after the holidays....
Servers 4
8 slices of (gluten-free) bread
4 Tbs. (60 ml) cranberry relish
Dijon mustard
3/4 pounds (355 g) sliced turkey
1/2 avocado, sliced
optional: handful of daikon sprouts
1. Spread on one slice of bread, 1 Tbs. (15 ml) cranberry relish.
2. On the other slice, smear Dijon mustard.
3. Add 1/4 each: turkey, avocado, and optional daikon sprouts.
4. Close the sandwich and cut in half to serve.
