Substitute cauliflower for potatoes for a different "mash potato" dish. Alia has been trying to make this for months, so she made it before the cauliflower was eaten.
Serve 4


1 head of organic cauliflower
2 Tbs. (30 g) melted organic butter (or almond butter-dairy free)
2 cloves of garlic
some nutmeg and black pepper to taste

1. Steam the cut up cauliflower and garlic for about 15 minutes.

2. Process the cauliflower and garlic to a smooth mixture.
3. Mix in the butter, nutmeg, and pepper.
