head of organic cauliflower 

カリフラワー /karifurawā/
菜花  /càihuā/
remove the stems (freeze and use for making a vegetable stock)
olive oil

1. Purée the cauliflower in small quantities in a blender until the pieces are very small.

2. Heat some oil in a wok on medium-high.
3. Stir-fry the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes.
