1. Halve and pit organic, white nectarines. 2. Brush with organic honey or sprinkle with organic brown sugar. 3. Roast in the oven or grill until browned and caramelized. 4. Serve with organic, plain yogurt. 5. Optional: sprinkle little thyme on top
