2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil
12 ounces (340 g) organic mushrooms, thick slices
4 Tbs. (60 ml) organic (dairy-free) butter
2-2 minced garlic cloves
2 thyme springs

1. Sauté for 3 minutes to brown the bottom.
2. Toss and cook another 5 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to medium.
4. Cook about 4 minutes.

  • on salads
  • in pasta
  • as a side dish
  • in soup
  • over tofu, meat, fish, or with vegetables
