Clover and Refrigerate

Whisk together:
1/2 cup (125 ml) crème fraîche
2 Tbs. (30 ml) red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lemon juice
Add:
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup (125 ml) blue cheese (chunky or creamy)

Mix:
1/4 cup (60 ml) blue cheese (chunky or creamy)
1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) organic lemon juice
to taste: black pepper, chopped garlic & onion
optional:
- drizzle of honey
- 1 Tbs. (15 ml) skim milk
- 1 Tbs. (15 ml) red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) chopped shallot
