Add herbs to bread* making.
More herbs reduce the need for
butter, cheese, and sugar.

Measurements for fresh herbs, cut in half for dry herbs

milder-flavor herbs:
parsley, chervil, and lovage (celery like taste)
Begin with 2 tsp. (10 ml) herbs, then adjust to taste for the next loaf.

for Greek pizza dough:
1 tsp. (5 ml) thyme, 2 tsp. (10 ml) oregano, and 2 Tbs. (30 ml) Italian parsley

for tomato, olives, and onion pizza dough:
2-3 tsp. (10-15 ml) each: lemon herbs (lemon balm, lemon mint, lemon thyme, or lemon verbena), some ground black pepper

Imagine what other herb breads would taste like.
