Homemade blue cheese* dressing is taster than from the store. Plus you can make it as strong or weak favorite you like.


Makes about 2 1/4 cups (540 ml)
1/3 cup (80 ml) organic mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups organic yogurt
2 Tbs. (30 ml) minced onion or chives                 
4 Tbs. (60 ml) blue cheese
optional: chopped parsley

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except the cheese.

2. Fold in the cheese, broken into small chunks but not too fine.
3. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

*Blue cheese is made from cow's, sheep's, or goat's milk that have cultures of mold Penicillium added. Try different types of blue cheeses.
