Brushing up on Cuban dishes, try pizza!
Serves 4
Preheat oven to 475F (245C)

1 pound of (gluten-fee) pizza dough, 4 slices of naan bread, sliced French bread in half, etc.
2 Tbs. (30 ml) yellow mustard
1 organic dill pickle, finely chopped
small chopped organic onion
slices of nitrate-free ham
fresh leaf parsley
cheeses: Gruyère, Gouda, Emmental, or dairy-free

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a pizza stone.
2. If using a pizza dough, shape into a pan.
3. Spread the mustard onto the crust dough or pieces of bread.
4. Sprinkle with pickles and onions. 
5. Top with the ham, parsley, and cheese.
6. Bake until the crust is golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
7. Serve with salad and café con leche (true Cuban, with 2 tsp./9 g of sugar).
