Add the sauce to vegetables, meats, fish, into a lasagna or over spaghetti.
Makes 2 cups (480 ml)

2 ¼ cups (450 g) diced organic onions
8 ounces (225 g) thinly sliced organic mushrooms
¼ cup (60 ml) water
1 ½ tsp. (8 g) dried basil
1 tsp. (5 ml) only organic tamari is gluten-free
1 tsp(5 ml) olive oil

1. Put all the ingredients in a skillet and cook, stirring, for 7-8 minutes.
