Pesto au Fromage de Chèvre (French)

A. in a blender:
1 cup (250 ml) goat cheese* (plain or with herbs)
1 clove garlic
6 organic green onions

B. drizzle:
1 cup (250 ml) olive oil

Goat cheese is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than milk cheeses. It also provides more calcium and fewer carbohydrates than cream cheese.

* There is also a dairy-free goat cheese.
