Wraps make a perfect breakfast, lunch, snack, or even dinner. Add beans, cheese, vegetables, seafood, meat, eggs, herbs, spices, grains...into 100% whole-wheat, organic corn, or gluten-free tortilla...fast and easy!
Here are some suggestions:
Put as much or as little as you like and add anything else to taste:

CHICKEN: organic each: lettuce, sautéed chicken, corn, and salsa


SHRIMP: shrimp, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, and organic lime juice


TURKEY: organic each: scrambled eggs and sliced mushrooms, turkey sausage, and hot sauce


VEGETARIAN: veggie protein crumbles, organic each: mixed vegetables, beans, and lettuce


Wrap:

1. Warm before wrapping them around the fillings, helps hold the fillings and less likely to crack and break.
2. Three ways to heat:
  • oven: preheat oven 350℉ (175℃); wrap 1-5 tortillas in a packet of aluminum foil; cook 15 minutes
  • stove: place each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat; cook about 30 seconds on each side
  • microwave: 1-5 tortillas on a microwave-safe plate; cover with a damp paper towel; mic 30 seconds at a time until they are warm
3. Keep warm by coving them with a slightly damp, clean dish towel.
