Great to add some protein to a salad. Tofu will do that!
Makes 8 Tbs. or 1/2 cup
120 (ml)
14-ounces (1 package) /400 g organic tofu
2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic: cider vinegar, apple juice, or orange juice*
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. (30 g) basil
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate up to a week.
Pinch off the small, top leaves of a basil plant to grown and produce more leaves.
* Try each liquid or have three bottles handy for the next salad.
