Yes, they come out great and there is no oil!
Makes 3-4 servings
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C)
4 large unpeeled, organic potatoes
1 Tbs. (15 g) chili powder
1 tsp. (4,5 g) garlic powder
1. Cut each potato into 10 to 12 thick wedges.
2. Arrange them on a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle with chili and garlic powder.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until they are very crispy and golden.
5. Let them cook 5 minutes.
6. Serving options or not:

- Dutch mayonnaise
- vegan mayonnaise
- organic lemon juice
- malt vinegar
