The spices add a little or lot of heat, depending on how much you use.
Serves 4
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C)

Add the amount of spices to taste.

6 cups (1200 g) unpeeled, organic potatoes, cut into cubes
2 sliced organic onions
1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. (20 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. (2,25 g) each: chili and paprika powders
pinch or more to taste cayenne pepper

1. Put the potatoes, onions, and oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
2. Put the chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and canteen pepper in a small bowl. Stir.
3. Add the spice mixture to the potatoes and onions. Toss.
4. Spread the potatoes and onion in a single layer on a backing sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until soft inside and golden on the outside.
  (a) Turn with a spatula halfway through baking.
6. Cool a little and serve warm.
