Makes 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)
chill for an hour
1 package (8-0unces/225 g) organic cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup (120 ml) organic sour cream
1/2 cup (100 g) unpeeled organic cucumber, drain well
1/4 tsp. (1 g) dry dill or 2 (9 g) chopped fresh dill
1 minced clove of garlic
1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream.
2. Add the cumbers, Worcestershire sauce, dill, and garlic.
3. Blend well and chill for 1 hour.
4. Serve with raw organic vegetables or organic potato chips.
