Makes 2 wraps
2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic hummus (is gluten free)
2 large, organic lettuce leaves
2 ounces (=1/4 cup) (55 g) slices of organic tofu: soft, firm, sesame ginger, any type will do
1/2 slices of organic avocado
organic lemon juice
optional: 1/2 cup (120 ml) organic bean sprouts
optional: marinate the tofu in a favorit sauce
1. Smear the hummus inside each lettuce leaf.
2. Top with tofu strips, avocado, (and bean sprouts).
3. Dash of lemon juice.
4. Roll up the leaves and make some more!
