Combine:
1 cup (200 g) each: frozen or fresh organic berries and spinach
2 Tbs. (30 g) cocoa powder, baking chocolate, carob powder, dark chocolate, or chocolate chips (If dairy-free, check to make sure there is no dairy by produces.)
1 cup (240 ml) organic (dairy-free) milk
Purée:
until smooth and sweeten to taste with organic honey
Freeze:
in popsicle molds
