Advieh is a spice mixture used in Persian cuisine. Add to rice or bean dishes; used in stews; rub on chicken or lamb for grilling or roasting, or use in any Middle Eastern dish for flavor.

4 tsp. (18 g) each: cumin and cinnamon
1/2 tsp (2 g) clove
2 tsp (9 g) each: turmeric, cardamom, and dried rose petals
1 tsp (4 g) black pepper
1. Mix together.
