If you like avocados and ice cream, try combining them in an easy, no-ice-cream-maker recipe.

Freeze 4 hours
1 large avocado
1 cup (250 ml) of half-and-half cream
2/3 cup (160 ml) powder sugar
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) organic lemon zest
1/3 cup (80 ml) organic lemon juice

1. Purée the ingredients.
2. Pour the mixture in a 2 qts. (190 ml) baking dish.
3. Cover and freeze 4 hours.
4. Let is stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
