Use different color grapes for a nice looking plate.
Serves 6
Chill at least 2 hours
1 pound (455 g) each of two color, seedless, organic grapes (black, red, green) or all three colors
1 organic orange, zest
1/3 cup (65 g) organic sugar
6 organic oranges: 3 segmented, 3 juiced
1 cup (200 g) crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup (100 g) roasted organic walnuts or pecans
mint leaves
A. mixture
1. Cut the grapes in half.
2. Place in a bowl, add orange zest and the sugar.
3. Add the orange segments and mix.
4. Add the orange juice. Add more to cover the fruit.
5. Mix, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours.
B. Serve
1. Transfer to a serving plate.
2. Top with goat cheese, nuts, and mint leaves
