Any type of white fish does well with the walnut sauce.

1 tsp. (5 g) cinnamon powder
4 cinnamon sticks
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. (2,5 g) white pepper
4 white fish fillets
1/2 cup (100 g) chopped parsley

1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, cinnamon, and pepper.
2. Place the fish on foil on the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the walnut sauce over the fish.
4. Sprinkle the parsley on top and tuck the cinnamon sticks in between the fillets.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when poked with a folk.
