Drizzle this interesting and tasty sauce over vegetables or meat or use as an appetizer dip.
Makes about 2 cups (480 ml)

1 1/4 cups (300 ml) (dairy-free) organic yogurt
2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil
3 Tbs. (45 ml) organic lemon juice
2 Tbs. (30 g) each: chopped mint, parsley, dill, and cilantro; za'atar
 (a) = 2 tsp. each of dry mint, parsley, and dill
1 tsp. (5 g) each: black pepper and cumin
1/2  organic lemon rind, minced (optional)

1. Place all the ingredients in a a bowl of a food processor and pulsing until well combined.
 (a) That's it! Easy and quick. Plus really delicious.
