Ground turkey is healthier than ground beef. Stroganoff is a Russian dish; we just used turkey instead of meat.
Земля Турции Строганова (Russian)
/zemlya turtsii stroganova/
Serves 4-6

2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: dry sherry, olive oil, and (dairy-free) organic butter
1/2 cup (100 g) organic chopped onion
4 ounces (115 g) organic sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 pounds (750 g) organic ground turkey
3/4 cups (180 ml) each organic: beef broth and (dairy-free) milk
1 tsp. (4,5 g) each: Dijon mustard, white pepper, organic sugar, and dried thyme 
1 pound (455 g) egg noodles (organic if possible)
1 cup (240 ml) organic sour cream or (dairy-free) yogurt
ground pepper to taste
chopped parsley for garnish
1/4 cup (50 g) (gluten-free) flour
white pepper to taste
2 tsp. (9 g) garlic powder
dash or two of ground nutmeg
optional: organic peas

один /a-deen/ 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

два /dva/ 2. Add the onions and mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes.

три /tree/ 3. Add the turkey, breaking it up with a spook, and cook until brown.

четыре /chye-tir-ye/ 4. Add the seasonings and stir to combine.

пять /pyat/ 5. Stir in the broth, milk, mushrooms, and optional peas.

шесть /shest/ 6. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to simmer and cook, uncovered for 10 minutes or until thickened.

восемь /vo-syem/ 8. Simmer and cook the noodles in boiling water about 8-9 minutes.

девять/dyev-yat/ 9. Drain, return noodles to the pan, and toss with the butter. Cover loosely to keep warm.

десять /dyes-yat / 10. Stir the sour cream or yogurt into the sauce and heat.

одиннадцать /adennadtsat'/ 11. Add the warm buttered noodles and toss to coast.

двенадцать /dvenadtsat'/ 12. Sprinkle with parsley over the top for garnish.
