I usually add the chopped bok choy to a stir-fry dish, but here is a way to serve it with its own flavor.-Mike

4 servings

1 tsp. (5 ml) each: coconut or olive oil and fish sauce
1/2 cup (80 g) diced organic onion
1 1/2 tsp. (7,5 g) granted fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) sesame oil
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic apple cider vinegar
2 heads of organic bok choy, ends trimmed and sliced
3 Tbs. (60 ml) water
optional: 1 1/2 (7,5 g) sesame seeds

ichi. In a pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

ni. Add the onions and ginger. Sauté for about 4 minutes.

san. Stir in the sesame oil, fish sauce, and cider vinegar.

shi. Add the bok choy. Stir in the water and sesame seeds.

go. Cover and steam for about 4 minutes.
