Great vinaigrette for toss salad, over vegetables, with French fries, or on potatoes.
2/3 cup/150 ml olive oil
1/4 cup/60 ml white red vinegar
1 Tbs./15 ml dijon mustard
2 tsp./10 ml honey
Combine the ingredients and shake.
Variations, add one or more: fresh chopped herbs, mince garlic or chopped shallots, or even orange juice.
